“I have a strong sense of personal accountability, particularly for the work I undertake or am involved in. I firmly believe that leaders must be visible and engaged with all levels of the workforce whilst modelling behaviours that the organisation values. I have always attempted to engender personal accountability within my services whilst modelling a supportive, firm and caring demeanour. My desire to always act with integrity, be open, honest and demonstrate positive leadership has always been my personal strength”
