(1) How many vending machines have there been across your trusts' grounds, in each of the past five years.

(2) Can you break down the above question into how many of these are with snacks containing less than 150 calories and how many included traditional confectionery, chocolate bars and fizzy drinks.

(3) How much profit did the trust earn from these machines in each of the past five years? If possible, could you separate that figure for the separate types of vending machines please.

(4) Which company is contracted to provide the machines?

    (1) How many vending machines have there been across your trusts' grounds, in each of the past five years.

    Please see below information relating to vending machines supplied by the catering department.  Please note there may be other machines within the hospital, for example, the Medway League of Friends may have some within their outlets in the hospital, but they are not managed by the Trust.

    (2) Can you break down the above question into how many of these are with snacks containing less than 150 calories and how many included traditional confectionery, chocolate bars and fizzy drinks.  The Trust regret we do not hold details of which snacks are within each individual machine, however, please see attached spreadsheet (TAB 2) which shows a complete list of snacks together with the calorie count.

     

    (3) How much profit did the trust earn from these machines in each of the past five years? If possible, could you separate that figure for the separate types of vending machines please.  Please see attached spreadsheet, tab 3.

     

    (4) Which company is contracted to provide the machines?  Fairtrade Vending
