Patient Transport Service

Our non-emergency patient transport service is available for eligible patients who cannot use other forms of travel because of their medical or mobility condition, or because without the service, their medical condition would otherwise worsen.  It is there for patients who cannot use public transport, get a lift or a taxi, or drive themselves to, and from their Hospital Appointment.  Patient Transport is a vital resource for those who really need it. 

All journeys must be pre-booked through G4S, who provide this service. Please use the free number below to book your transport as early as you can.

Requests for patient transport are assessed against NHS England nationally set criteria during booking. Patients who are not eligible for the Patient Transport Service will be given details of alternative services, such as volunteer driver schemes.
