Farewell to Councillor David Brake and a warm welcome to Councillor Teresa Murray

We would like to take this opportunity to say a heartfelt thank you to our Lead Governor, Cllr David Brake, as his term with the Trust’s Council of Governors comes to an end.

David has been an integral part of the Council of Governors since 2013, representing Medway Council as our Partner Governor. He also holds the record as our most prolific recruiter of Trust members, a title that will be hard to beat.

John Goulston, Chair of Medway NHS Foundation Trust, said: “David’s commitment and faithful service over the last 12 years – whether at public events, with staff across our wards and departments, or at Trust Board and Governor meetings – has been invaluable to us.

“David is an outstanding servant of our local community who will be greatly missed by everyone he has worked with across the Trust.
