The Trust is pleased to announce the launch of its online patient engagement portal, Patients Know Best, which will provide patients with access to their personal health information.
Designed to improve patient experience, it offers online access to personal health records and will transform the way patient’s access and use NHS services in and outside of Medway and Swale.
It is a secure online system where your data is stored. Simply log in using any internet-enabled device, such as a smartphone, tablet or desktop computer, and you will be able to view your appointment and discharge letters. Further functionality will be added over the coming months.
Registering for Patients Know Best can be done through the NHS App or by the invitation letter you will receive.
