We're changing the way you check in for outpatient appointments

From Monday 19 February, we will be launching a brand new checking in system for our patients attending Outpatients areas 1-3.

We will be using the latest mobile tablet technology to ensure that you can check in easier and more quickly. This is part of our commitment to using the latest technology and innovation to provide the very highest levels of patient care and experience to our patients. 

The checking in tablets will be located on the left-hand side as you enter the Main Reception at Medway Maritime Hospital and you will just need to enter a few personal details before going to your outpatient appointment. Please be advised that if you have an appointment in areas 5-7 you should go directly to that area without checking in at Main Reception. 

It’s a very easy process but if you have any trouble, our staff and volunteers will be around to give you a helping hand.
