Guide to Information

This guide explains what information is routinely published by Medway NHS Foundation Trust. It is a description of the information that is made publicly available as a matter of routine. The Trust has a legal duty to adopt and maintain a Publication Scheme for the publication of Medway NHS Foundation Trust information. The purpose of the Act is to promote greater openness by public authorities. We will review our Publication Scheme at regular intervals and monitor how it is operating.

The guide to Information will help you find all the information that the Trust publishes. The Publication Scheme contains seven classes of information, which are detailed below.

Information released in the FOI Publication Scheme can be re-used free of charge under an open government licence.  Further information can be found here:  http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/doc/open-government-licence/version/3/
