Medway NHS Foundation Trust will be holding board meetings in public on the following dates:

Time: 12.30pm to 3.30pm (unless otherwise stated) 
 
*Due to the current COVID-19 situation and social distancing guidance, Public Trust Board meetings will be held on MS Teams. If you wish to attend the meeting virtually please email medwayft.trustsecretary@nhs.net. The papers for each meeting will be uploaded to the website before the meeting date.

We welcome members of the public to attend our meetings. Copies of the agenda and meeting papers will be available on this page five working days before the meeting.

Questions about agenda items must be submitted by 12noon on the Monday before the meeting to medwayft.trustsecretary@nhs.net and answers will be provided at the meeting, or in writing afterwards, depending on the number of questions and the detail required. Questions and answers will be uploaded on to the website after the meeting alongside board papers.

Questions and feedback can also be submitted outside of meetings through our normal communication channels.
