Current visiting restrictions - update

Due to a rise in coronavirus patients in the hospital, we have introduced visiting restrictions on some of our wards. We have taken this step to ensure the safety of our patients, staff and the wider community.

We are pleased to announce that Joanne Palmer has been appointed Chair of Medway NHS Foundation Trust.

There are currently a small number of patients, who have tested positive for coronavirus, being cared for in the hospital.
As a precaution we have suspended visiting to Will Adams, Jade and Wakeley wards; we have taken this step to ensure the safety of our patients, staff and the wider community.

Maternity records are going digital!

We are excited to announced that maternity records and notes are going digital! This will allow women access to their notes online, instead of carrying large, paper based maternity notes.
